Each individual may hold only one registered gangbet account. Duplicate accounts are prohibited and will result in suspension of all related accounts pending review.

In these Terms and Conditions, the following definitions shall apply:
2.1 To register and maintain an Account with gangbet, you must be a natural person aged 21 years or above at the time of registration and at all times during your membership.
2.2 You must not be a resident of, or accessing the gangbet Platform from, any jurisdiction in which online gambling is prohibited by applicable law. It is your sole responsibility to ensure that your use of the Platform complies with all laws applicable to you in your jurisdiction.
2.3 You may register only one (1) Account per individual. Registration of multiple Accounts, whether in your own name or using the identity of another person, is strictly prohibited. gangbet reserves the right to merge, suspend, or permanently close duplicate Accounts and to void any associated winnings.
2.4 At registration, you are required to provide accurate, current, and complete information. You must maintain the accuracy of this information and update it promptly if any changes occur. Providing false or misleading registration information constitutes a material breach of these Terms.
2.5 gangbet reserves the right to request KYC documentation at any time, including at the point of first withdrawal, at any increase in account activity, or at gangbet's sole discretion. Failure to provide satisfactory KYC documentation within a reasonable period may result in Account suspension and the withholding of pending withdrawals pending resolution.
2.6 Employees, directors, and immediate family members of gangbet or any of its affiliated companies, software providers, or payment partners are not eligible to hold a Member Account.
3.1 You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account login credentials, including your username and password. gangbet will never request your password via email, SMS, or Live Chat.
3.2 You must notify gangbet immediately if you become aware of or suspect any unauthorised access to or use of your Account. gangbet accepts no liability for losses arising from your failure to maintain the security of your login credentials.
3.3 Your Account is for your personal use only. You may not transfer, sell, or assign your Account or any rights associated with it to any third party.
3.4 gangbet does not extend credit. All Wagers must be funded by cleared funds held in your Account at the time the Wager is placed.
4.1 All deposits and withdrawals on the gangbet Platform are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). The minimum deposit amount and minimum withdrawal amount are as specified on the Platform at the time of the transaction and may be updated by gangbet from time to time.
4.2 Accepted payment methods include Touch n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, Maybank online transfer, CIMB, Public Bank, and USDT TRC20. The availability of specific payment methods may vary and is subject to change without prior notice.
4.3 gangbet reserves the right to request that a withdrawal be processed via the same payment method used for the original deposit. Where this is not possible, an alternative method may be approved at gangbet's discretion following satisfactory identity verification.
4.4 Withdrawal requests are processed within the timeframes stated on the Platform. gangbet accepts no liability for delays attributable to third-party payment processors, bank processing times, or public holidays.
4.5 Deposits that are found to be fraudulent, charged back, or otherwise reversed will result in the equivalent value being deducted from the Account balance. Any winnings generated from such deposits may be voided.
4.6 All funds deposited into a gangbet Account must originate from a payment source registered in the Member's own name. Third-party deposits are not permitted and may result in Account suspension.
5.1 All Wagers placed on the gangbet Platform are subject to the specific betting rules applicable to the relevant sport, event, or game. These rules are published on the Platform and form part of these Terms by reference.
5.2 Once a Wager has been accepted and confirmed by the Platform, it cannot be cancelled by the Member except in circumstances explicitly provided for in the applicable betting rules.
5.3 gangbet reserves the right to void any Wager placed at odds that were displayed in error, where a technical malfunction has affected the bet acceptance system, or where gangbet has reasonable grounds to believe that the odds were subject to manipulation.
5.4 In the event of a dispute regarding the outcome of any event or game, gangbet's decision, made in good faith and in accordance with the applicable rules, shall be final and binding.
5.5 Minimum and maximum stake limits apply to all betting markets and games. These limits are displayed on the Platform and may be adjusted by gangbet at any time, including on an individual Account basis where gangbet determines this to be necessary.
6.1 All bonuses, promotions, free bets, and cashback offers made available through gangbet are subject to specific promotional terms, including wagering requirements, time limits, game restrictions, and minimum odds conditions. These terms are published alongside each individual promotion.
6.2 Bonus Funds may not be withdrawn until all applicable wagering requirements have been completed in full. Only the net winnings generated from Bonus Funds, after satisfaction of wagering requirements, are eligible for withdrawal.
6.3 gangbet reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any promotion at any time. Where a promotion is cancelled, Bonus Funds already credited to Accounts that have not yet commenced wagering will be removed.
6.4 Members found to be abusing promotional offers — including, but not limited to, bonus hunting, arbitrage across promotions, or creating multiple Accounts to claim a single promotion — will have their Bonus Funds forfeited and may face Account suspension.
6.5 gangbet reserves the right to determine eligibility for any promotion at its sole discretion. Not all promotions are available to all Members.
The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the gangbet Platform. Engagement in any of the below may result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of Account balances, and referral to relevant authorities where applicable:
8.1 All content on the gangbet Platform — including but not limited to software, design, text, graphics, logos, game interfaces, and data compilations — is the property of gangbet or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
8.2 Members are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform for personal entertainment purposes only. No rights are transferred to the Member beyond this limited licence.
8.3 You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, reverse-engineer, or create derivative works from any gangbet Platform content without prior written authorisation from gangbet.
9.1 The gangbet Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. gangbet makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the uninterrupted availability, accuracy, or fitness for purpose of the Platform.
9.2 To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, gangbet shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Platform, including but not limited to loss of winnings, loss of data, or business interruption.
9.3 gangbet's aggregate liability to any Member in connection with any single incident or series of connected incidents shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Member in the thirty (30) days preceding the incident giving rise to the claim.
9.4 Nothing in these Terms shall exclude liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, or any liability that cannot be excluded by law.
10.1 gangbet is committed to promoting responsible gambling and provides a range of tools to help Members manage their gambling activity. These tools include deposit limits, session time reminders, reality checks, and self-exclusion options, all accessible from within the Account settings panel.
10.2 Members who wish to self-exclude from the gangbet Platform may do so by contacting the support team via Live Chat. Self-exclusion periods are available from a minimum of six (6) months. Once a self-exclusion is active, it cannot be reversed for the duration of the elected period.
10.3 gangbet reserves the right to apply account restrictions — including deposit limits, bet limits, or temporary suspension — to any Member who, in gangbet's reasonable assessment, exhibits signs of problem gambling, regardless of whether the Member has requested such restrictions.

11.1 gangbet reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Account at any time and without prior notice if gangbet reasonably determines that: (a) a breach of these Terms has occurred; (b) fraud or money laundering is suspected; (c) KYC requirements have not been satisfied; or (d) the Member has engaged in prohibited conduct as defined in Section 7.
11.2 Members may close their Account at any time by contacting gangbet support. Upon Account closure, any remaining real-money balance (excluding Bonus Funds subject to incomplete wagering requirements) will be returned to the Member via their verified payment method, subject to completion of applicable withdrawal procedures.
11.3 Where an Account is closed by gangbet due to breach of these Terms or fraudulent conduct, gangbet reserves the right to retain any Account balance as compensation for damages suffered.
12.1 These Terms and Conditions and any dispute arising from your use of the gangbet Platform shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable international gaming authority regulations under which gangbet operates.
12.2 In the event of any dispute between gangbet and a Member, the parties shall first attempt to resolve the matter through gangbet's internal complaints procedure. Unresolved complaints may be referred to the relevant independent dispute resolution body designated by gangbet's regulatory authority.
13.1 gangbet reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. Material changes will be communicated to Members via email to their registered address or via a notification upon login.
13.2 Your continued use of the gangbet Platform following notification of amendments constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept any amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and close your Account.
13.3 The version of these Terms bearing the most recent "Last Updated" date at the top of this page shall constitute the current, binding version.
